Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: Hello:
I'm a professional sound recordist and sound editor with lots of experience, and I'm recently learning video editing.
I want to step in the media industry (cinema, TV, Broadcast, studios, production companies, rental houses even...) and I'm looking for roles as an assistant, a trainee, or even a runner in all these kind of companies.
My CV has been revised by http://www.cvandinterviewadvisors.co.uk/, so content-wise it should be quite good. But apparently, I don't make the cut past the CV submition phase in all companies I apply, so I need to stand out in this super bonkers competitive industry.
I'll be needing:
- An eye-capturing CV (and possibly cover letter?). Also one that's clear and not confusing. I have a bit of multifaceted past, so my CV might lack focus.
- That I can rewrite more or less freely. Since I adapt my CV to the job offer, I end up having different templates and one job purpose CVs. I'm not shy of learning a bit of software in order to do that.
- That retain info for automated searches. After all, some employers don't manually look at CVs one by one, but they look for keywords to shortlist a few.
- Don't be shy to propose extra services, even if that includes a price upgrade. I want to do what it takes to land a job.
You'll have:
- A few of my CVs, so you get the gist of how they are and who I am.
- A selection of job vacancies, so you know what I'm after.
- My webpage (www.albertbalbastre.com) and business card, so you decide if you want to integrate the look of the CV with those or not.
- Two revisions sounds fair.
- A flexible deadline. No rushing things.
- My monies. More of my monies if you work extra, or if you think 80 pounds is not enough. I believe in paying professionals professional rates, not in cheap labour. I expect professional work in return.
Target audience: Job vacancies and auto candidature
Ideas for the visual style: Make an outstanding CV
Where the design will be used: CV, resume, curriculum
Extra notes:
I'm mostly looking for a VISUAL design, rather than a CV writing.
