Investment Details
Investor Contribution:
Fund 30% of the property purchase price, land tax, and legal fees.
Funds will be borrowed to our holding company and subsequently used to exchange contracts and complete the purchase in a newly set-up Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
Maybria’s Role:
Manage and oversee the entire process from start to finish, including design and build.
Arrange all remaining funding required by the development SPV.
Secure development funding through one of our multiple UK lenders.
Profit Sharing:
Profits are split equally between Maybria London and the investor.
