I need a logo to be re-created and hex colour matching

Two small jobs rolled into one.

a) I need someone to take the image of the synchromesh gearbox which you will find on page 1 here https://www.mech4study.com/automobile/synchromesh-gearbox.html/

and also uploaded as image 2

and perfectly redraw / recreate it within the circle as shown on image3

This so that it exists as the highest resolution possible and can be used as a logo and tranparency etc.

The final log is to look like the circle (we of course do not want the white rectangle surrounding the circle)

Secondly could you please colour match all the colours in the image and let me know what the 5 hexs are (yellow, red, grey, orange, brown).
