The logo has already been created, the design should be pretty straight forward (black and white, not super frilly). I just need someone to put it all together for me.

Content on the front/back side and body: Title, logo, copy
Ideas for the visual style: Simple and modern
Things to avoid: Stock images, serif fonts, too many colours
Preferred colors: Black and white
