I need 2 roller banners designing

I need a designer who specialises in roller banner design.
Two professionally designed roller banners for my business, Kinship Wills, in my brand colours (green, gold, white) and using my uploaded logo and example images. The banners must be created to Solopress print specifications for a 1000mm x 2000mm roller banner.
Please match the clean, premium, boutique style shown in my example banner image. Finished size: 1000mm (W) x 2000mm (H)
Artwork size with bleed: 1006mm x 2006mm (3mm bleed on all sides)
Safe area: Keep all important text/logos 5–10mm inside edges
Colour mode: CMYK
Resolution: 300 DPI
File format: Print‑ready PDF (preferred), with fonts embedded or outlined
Additional formats: JPEG/PNG also accepted

I will provide images logo text to be included on the banners. I require someone reliable to deliver the project on time. Previously let down by a designer.
