I looking for someone to design a trophy plaque for printing

I need a graphic designer to help design a printable image for a trophy plaque. We have a company that will print the image onto vinyl and attach to poly carbonate to be a trophy for a race series. I now need the artwork,. Ideally I need to be able to edit the text on the artwork to change parameters like location and date or have multiple versions (same design) created for all possible variations (126). I attached couple of examples other race series within our organisation uses but would need a few tweaks to include some different aspects but hope this gives an idea.

We are a small not for profit organisation so budget is limited but open to negotiation.
