We’re a small independent company that has adopted a formula that has a track record of redefining health and fitness for over 100,000 clients.
Without any fancy software, we meet people where they are, taking a holistic approach through the channels they prefer to:
1. Break down goals into skills
2. Develop skills through daily practices (that’s right – Daily)
to build long-term results through lifestyle and habit changes.
Goals are S.M.A.R.T, which most of us will be familiar with but we also ensure practices are:
* Simple enough to build consistency of habits that have a positive effect
* Segmental enough for it to be manageable for the individual
* Sequential, ensuring that a logical and personalised order is taken to optimise skill stacking
* Strategic enough to make outcome-based decisions
* Supported as much as needed for accountability, encouragement and steady growth
Skills include but are not limited to or exhaustive of:
- Being organised and consistent
- Regulation of eating behaviours
- High quality food and nutrients
- Exercise and movement
- Rest, recovery and sleep hygiene
- A supportive environment
- Stress management
- Recognising and regulating emotional responses
- Ownership of what can be controlled
