Help me finish the insignia

Hello! I am posting a simple job for any talented graphic designers help. What i need done is designing an insignia that will go onto my book cover for an illustration. I've put off with the design for my story for some time due to some personal matters and need to get back in because I will be self publishing another story.

I will provide a schematic to what it is supposed to look like, provide some pics I have created to go on to the design, and any questions or concerns, please feel free ask.
