Help me create artwork to print on a T-shirt

I have two screenshots of an image I would like to print on a T-shirt. At the moment it's not flat/straight because the screenshots I have are of it already printed on fabric.

I need someone to take these pics and turn them into artwork (PNG file on a transparent background for printing) so that the picture looks 'complete' and not as though it's just been lifted from something already printed.

Also, I need fast turnaround (2 days max) as I need to get it printed before I go away in a few days.
