Graphics for mahjong tiles

I need someone to create digital images of mahjong tiles (picture a playing card with the number and suit). There are approximately 45 different tiles - each tile is a rectangle shape with rounded corners, white or off-white background, thin black/grey outline, has a letter/word & number and a small image. At a high level these are the specifications:
1. 3 suits with numbers 1-9
2. 3 colors - red, white, green
3. 4 winds - north, south, east, west
4. 4 flowers
5. 4 seasons
6. 4 animals
7. 1 blank (outline of tile shape only)

I will need the tiles to be in a file format such that I can cut & paste each one individually, as I will be adding text and using your visual in a tutorial guide.

See attached images as a guide (disregard text above and below the row of tiles). I will provide images of each tile I need recreated digitally. I am open to modifying / simplifying the images on the tiles - they don’t have to be so detailed. They will be printed on paper at a size of 1.5-3cm per image so need to be legible at that scale.
