Graphic design of two simple guides

We're looking for graphic design of two guides which will be of the same style, but with different content in each.

We are a cleaning company and have written two guides to our service - one is for clients and the other for cleaners. We require these to be designed into a simple digital form which can be made available as a PDF on our website. We'd also like the final design files (once paid for) to allow us to make changes in the future, as/when required.

We have high resolution logo files and colour scheme, and we're looking for a simple/accessible format which is easy to read. We'd also like some simple iconography/illustrations and stock photography within the guide to make it more interesting and readible.

Once this initial project has been completed, we have other forms and documents which we'd need designing in a similar style on an ongoing basis (each as a separate project).
