Description
Experience Level: Expert
We’re looking for a graphic designer to create the artwork for a roller banner that will be used at weekly in-person community events.
The banner will be displayed in the room during the event and should help reinforce the brand and create a welcoming atmosphere when people arrive. The overall feel should be friendly, uplifting and modern, with a strong focus on music and social energy. The colour palette is primarily black and pink, and the design should feel bold, warm and highly readable from across the room. The banner will often sit in ambient lighting, so strong contrast and clear typography are important.
The banner will be printed by several UK suppliers with very similar specifications, so the artwork should be set up at 800mm wide × 2010mm high. The visible banner area is approximately 800mm × 2000mm, with roughly 100mm at the bottom sitting inside the roller mechanism, so please avoid placing important text or elements in the bottom section. The artwork should include 3mm bleed, be designed in CMYK, and use 300dpi resolution for print.
Please provide a print-ready PDF set up at the correct size with bleed, CMYK colours and fonts embedded or outlined. We would also like the editable source file with all fonts and linked assets included, along with a preview PNG so the design can be easily reviewed before sending to print.
Brand assets including logo files, colours and example visuals will be supplied once the project begins. We have a very clear idea of what we want already - along with a mock-up.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver an initial concept within a few days and final artwork this week.
