Format & branding added to portrait A4 word doc (logos, visuals, timelines etc.)

We have an information pack (3-4 pages of A4) to turn into a handout for a programme we are running at www.thebakery.com

I need someone to turn this into a visually appealing document (we have brand guidelines, font and colours) which has all the same text but is in a more presentable format.

An example of the kind of look & feel of our branding is attached, but it will be different content.
