Flier tweaking from an existing pdf + create new flier using art work & text

I am looking for:
1) someone who is able to access an existing pdf and has graphic design talents and can make 3 simple alterations
2) Use that flier and its banner heading and create another 1 sided flier of a similar nature using text which I will supply.
3) It's urgent - I'm looking for someone who can do has a spare hour and a half and can do this within the next few hours so I can print off ready for an exhibition tomorrow(only told about it yesterday!!)
