Fact sheet/brochure design

I have an overseas property company and I am looking for someone to design a template factsheet/brochure that can be sent as a pdf to our clients. We have a number of properties so we need something that can either be easily edited or to have someone edit it for us without the costs of having a new brochure designed for each property. The brochure should be around 4 to 5 pages and will have property info, prices, area images, property images, payment terms, area map.
