Expanding Brand Guidelines for a Website/Platform

We have a logo, colour palette, and font selected already...but we need to expand on this elements to come up with a more detailed branding guidelines for our website/platform developper.

More specifically, we would need:

On a separate topic, we will need a bit more support from you on the previous request. How much would you charge to give the below:

•Colour palette: We have three main colours (core colour palette) but what we need more colours to use (including the font)? what could be the extended colour palette? example: https://tiktokbrandbook.com/d/HhXfjVK1Poj9/design#/basics/color
•Typography guidelines would be good at least to see guidelines for "headlines, subheadlines, body copy, disclaimer texts" and maybe CTA style suggestions as in the example link.
