Enhance my Logo

I need an expert graphic artist to either enhance my Logo or create a logo from scratch for my high value research report business called Manda Alpha Research. Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means a geometric design symbolic of the universe and Alpha is a term in finance that means excess returns in relation to a benchmark index. If you type Mandala in Google images you will get several ideas based on which I created my deign.

I do not want anything too complex - something similar to what I have designed - but obviously crisp and sleek.
