Email & Blog Banner Design with Strong Call to Action

We are looking for a creative professional who can develop both the idea and the design for marketing banners. This project is a test piece. If successful, we will likely need more banners in the future.

We are not just looking for visuals – we need someone who can propose strong headline text, sub-lines and call-to-action messaging that make the banners effective in driving enquiries and clicks.

We will provide:

Two example banners we have used before (we are not fully happy with them and want stronger creative direction)

Our company logo

A sample of our email signature layout (we use Exclaimer for signature management) so you can see how the banners will be displayed in practice

Immediate requirements:

2 x email banners (600x200px, transparent background, under 300KB)
• Campaign 1: Microsoft Teams Phone
• Campaign 2: Windows 10 End-of-Life

2 x matching blog/web versions (larger resolution for website use)

Deliver transparent PNG for email + JPEG/WebP for blog/web

Provide editable source files (PSD/AI)

Design style:

Clean, modern, professional

Clear text hierarchy (headline + sub-line + CTA)

Strong marketing-led messaging (not just decorative graphics)

Designed along the current brand style and create consistency

Deliverables:

4 banners (2 email + 2 blog versions)

Suggested copy/CTA options for each campaign
