Eight individual double-sided A4 flyers

I am looking to create A4 double-sided "info-sheets" for 8 of our online courses. They will all be exactly the same in format, and it will be the copy and main picture that is different for each of them. Once the design for one has been created, then the rest will be very easy to replicate.

I would like them to be on-brand with our current print, so I have attached an example of our current general brochure so that the new design can be based on this, with the same colours and fonts etc. I have attached one brief so that you can see what I am asking for. Price is based on £20 per A4 flyer. Some creativity involved in trying to fit everything in but I am sure it's possible!
