E-brochure designed

I have designed an e-brochure for my business that currently stands at 49 pages ... I may need to remove a few or maybe even add a few more in. But what I need right now, is someone to take this powerpoint doc, that has all the images and text on there already, and design it into something really attractive that will draw people in with interest when I email it to them.

I'm looking for a cool and quirky design that will appeal to the so called rich kids of the internet along with UHNW's and celebrities as they are my target market.

I may need to change some of the images as we go along, but I'd really love a swift start with this so I can have it ready for Spring!

I have lots of stock images and more info for everything so it'll be a nice informative, luxury e-brochure that I may want to get printed at some point too. So The design will need to to look very much like a brochure that can also be printed.
