E brochure as well as print ready

I need the attached document made into a e-brochure which can also be used for print. The attached document is just a mock up, everything on it is changeable. The content is as stated on the document. Images to be used should represent the content and can be free or paid images (to be discussed).
I will award the project to individuals that can send me a template to see first.
