Draw a penguin character with different emotions

We are working with a group of teenagers to develop a chatbot.
The chatbot will have an avatar that will respond to the sentiment of the conversation.
The teenagers have chosen an image of a penguin character that they like as their avatar (see attached), but it is not vector (svg).

However, we need a [very] similar character to be developed as vector art with variants displaying the following emotions:

Happy
Sad
Excited
Passive
Kindness/Pity
Love
