Position: National Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their concepts and ideas.
Design eye-catching and effective advertisements using Adobe and Canva.
Create compelling visual content for various digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of work.
Contribute to the growth and success of our startup through innovative design solutions.
Requirements:

Extensive portfolio demonstrating professional-level design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong creativity and ability to turn customer ideas into impactful designs.
Experience in the digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising space is a plus.
Reliable, business-minded, and ambitious individual.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:

base salary of around $650 per month
Up to 100% monthly bonus after a qualifying period - Total salary $1300 if 100% on target and all KPI's met.
