Document design and basic brand

Information for the business: We are a group of GPs setting up an organisation to deliver primary care services
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: We have a mini prospectus that we want to covert from a Word document into something more professional. We will require a generic logo creating.
Target audience: General Practitioners (GPs)
Number of pages needed: 5-6
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, photo, text
Ideas for the visual style: Professional looking, in pdf format and a professional printing firm format
Things to avoid: No hospital images
Preferred colors: Blues / Greens
Extra notes: We have the document created but it is in MS Word at the moment. I needs a basic design applying to make it look more professional.

This should only take 2-3 hours initially, then some amends following.
