Design pricing page on an leaflet psd file

I have a an existing leaflet which I would like to change by redesigning one side and a light re-ordering of the other side.

I have the original Psd and image files to save you time so you don't have to start from scratch, just ammend an existing PSD. I have attacheda representation of the changes which I was looking to make so hopefully you should have an idea of what's involved, however, you are the designer so should be able to design this professionally unlike my demo attachments.
