Design of Proposal Templates for Marketing Business

I’m looking to work with a designer to develop a number of proposal templates that I can use as the basis for project proposals. And also build a commercial relationship with me / my agency for future design projects…

I need a graphic designer to initially talk through some options about being able to blend (1) high quality modern and slick proposal templates (2) on a platform that I or my executive admin can easily amend (like Canva )

And then produce two proposal templates.

Note: You must be a quality, professional and experienced designer. Please do not respond if you have limited design experience. Portfolio of design work required.
