Design of Corporate Microsoft Powerpoint Template

We need a new corporate powerpoint design "template" which we can use for having a consistent design whenever we create a new powerpoint presentation. It is very important to have correct spacing etc.

The template should include the following elements:
+Title page
+Color palatte
+standardised graph design
+text page design
+page with one, two or three text boxes, page with three text boxes
+page with table
+page with one or two graphs
+page with one or two pictures

Once the template is created successfully , there may be a follow on project on reviewing existing presentation
