Design of a wedding brochure for a small hotel

I need a design of a wedding brochure for a small hotel. I have all of the images and written content and require a design - approximately 12 pages front and back. The attached samples were done for us and are a flyer - it gives an idea of the property type and the colours we have used on our website and previous advertisements. We have a particular font which we like to use but are looking for something very different and special - the attached samples really are just to give an idea of the product.
