Design needed for two downloadable pieces of sales copy

I need two files designed to be attractive and engaging for potential customers:
1) Copy about new services just under 1,200 words
2) FAQs copy just over 1,200 words

I need both files to be designed in a way that's easy for customers to read, eye-catching and aligned with my current branding (will be shared when job is awarded).

The files should be delivered in pdf format so that they can be attached to email campaigns or used as downloadables from my website/social.

Please provide me with timelines, costs and previous examples of similar work.
