Design me an eBook / PDF template I can edit

Hello, for this job I'd like you to design an A4 portrait format template that I can edit and then output to PDF.

Ideally, it would be done using something like Google Slides, as it requires no additional software. I can edit the template and then save to PDF - but feel free to let me know what other options are out there.

The template will have 4 main slides:

- A cover page
- A table of contents
- A content page (basic text)
- A sign-off page

I will supply a story board and assets for each of the pages.

Then I can use your template to create ann eBook or PDF download, for example:

1 x cover page
1 x table of contents
7 x content pages
1 x sign off page

I can supply examples of styles I like, which you can easily replicate.
