Design a wine tasting card A6 template front back

Information for the business: We sell fine wines
Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: We would like a template of a wine tasting card, A6 front back, 350gsm.
On the front we would need our company logo, picture of a wine bottle, producer name and wine name. On the back, multiple sections will need to be designed as per the enclosed sketch
We only need a template that we can edit in house using InDesign. All logo and pictures will be provided for the job. The card will be printed on 350gsm mate finish, round edges.
Corporate font is Harriet and Vonnes which can be provided if needed. background color is hex color 1E1F3E and RGB 30,31,62
Target audience: Entry level wine drinkers
Content on the front/back side and body: Wine name and bottle front / tasting notes and wine details back (only need for template
Ideas for the visual style: Inspired by Pact coffee cards, example scan will be provided
