Design a flyer and booking form

Hi- we are running 20 identical events around the U.K. The attached word document is our attempt at a flyer and booking form for each event. We would like to develop an attractive template based on this text, where we can easily change the venue, date etc. each time.

This document will not be printed and only be emailed or available on line.

Please send an example of some similar work and explain how you would make the template easy for us to use. We only have Word and PowerPoint software.
