Creative, artistic person to produce 2 page PDF

I\'m selling my house, the estate agents have offered to produce a brochure for no additional charge but I want something that will look much more interesting, unique and special than all the other details they produce.

I will provide you with:
*several photographs
*a floorplan
*detailed text in boxes, and
*large text / headers

It\'s your job to put these all together and make them look amazing and very clear.

If you can do that, and, you can do it (assuming I respond to all your questions without delay) within 2 / 3 days, then please quote me and let me see examples of any other PDF\'s that you have produced.
