Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I'm looking for a freelancer to help us create form-fill PDFs from static PDFs. The most complex encompasses 50+ checkboxes and text fields across 11 pages; the others are far more straightforward, perhaps 7-8 text fields. They will be used for training purposes. The most complex example is below. I imagine an Adobe forms expert could make light work of this :-)
