Create and format PDF documents - looking for someone to start tomorrow

Hi,

I run a childcare training agency, and we are looking for someone to convert word documents into PDF'S (we need this by end of Friday)

Key information:

We need text added so that it cant be copied and pasted
Add a water mark behind the text
Format documents - so margins etc are all in lines. format heading so consistent throughout.

We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and can format documents so all standardised (there are no images just text).
