Seeking an Adobe InDesign template and so that I am able to subsequently edit and modify it the source files such as (.indd .indt .indl .inx .idml along with the typeface file.
Interactive text fields are to be included. These are highlighted in yellow in the attached file.
The attached Adobe PDF can be imported into Adobe InDesign. You can do this by:
Open InDesign: Create a new document or open an existing one.
Place Command: Go to File > Place (or press Ctrl+D / Cmd+D).
Select PDF: Choose the PDF you want to import.
This will speed up the process for creating the InDesign version.
