Colour changing to 2 images

I need up to 150 colour changes to make to this existing image named 02 shingle shoe and up to 25 for image named 01 single shoes. I am looking for a professional photoshop retouching. High quality results required. Only one shoe is required.
Only red colouring on the shoe will require changing everything else stays the same.

I will supply colour numbers for the work required
