Canva Template Builder (Ad Hoc / Ongoing Support)

We are looking to connect with reliable freelance designers with strong Canva experience to support us on an ad hoc basis. It’s worth noting that we don’t have any projects available right now – this is more about building a pool of talented people we can reach out to when opportunities arise.

The role will involve taking our supplied design files (usually provided in other formats) and accurately rebuilding them as editable Canva templates for client-based projects.

The work will vary depending on the project, but may include:
Posters
Leaflets
Social media graphics
Banners
Other marketing materials

What we need:
1. Ability to accurately replicate supplied designs into Canva
2. Strong attention to detail (layouts, typography, alignment, brand consistency)
3. Experience setting up files so they’re editable, well-organised, and easy for clients to use
4. Reliability and good communication, as deadlines can sometimes be tight
5. Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis when needed

Nice to have:
1. Previous experience working with creative agencies or client-based projects
2. Experience using Asana

Project Details:
1. Ongoing, ad hoc support as required (sometimes several projects in a week, sometimes quieter)
2. Remote working
3. Paid per project (to be agreed based on scope/complexity)
