Design details: I am in need of a designer to fully work up three brochures in a cohesive style. While we have one already produced, we would like it to be redesigned and to have the remaining two match in style/design.

The brochures are guides on different subject matter for our customers to help them with business planning, marketing, PR, SEO etc. The existing document is attached, and might provide a good starting point visually but does not need to absolutely influence the new design. Obviously all the brochures need to adhere to our company branding, but this will be detailed on confirming the designer.

All content will be written and finalised in advance of starting design work so the job requires presenting the information in a slick and easy to read manner.

There is also the possibility of future brochures so there is the opportunity for further work.
Number of pages needed: 20-30 per brochure
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, logo, some imagery
Ideas for the visual style: Clean, easy to understand, slick but not overly designed up - the brochures contain practical info so are not salesy
Things to avoid: Should be accessible to all, so not overly designed, not oriented at a specific age group, must be fairly serious in design. It should avoid using obviously stock imagery where possible, and some imagery will be provided, but some will need to be suggested
Preferred colors: Needs to follow company brand guidelines, which will be provided
