Brochure and Flyer Design for Website Downloads

Project Overview
We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create a brochure and a set of flyers for our products and services. These materials will be available for download on our website and serve as key marketing tools to inform potential customers about what we offer. The designs should be visually appealing, consistent with our brand identity, and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each product and service.

Project Scope
1. Total Flyers Required: 3 flyers (for individual products)
2. Brochure: Multi-page, full-colour brochure for Quarterly Threat Report. Want to reuse the template again.
3. Flyer Dimensions: Standard A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches)
4. Brochure Dimensions: Standard A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches)
5. File Formats: Word & PDF for download, and editable source files (PSD or AI)
6. Design Consistency: Maintain brand colors, fonts, and overall style across all materials

Key Responsibilities
• Concept Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to understand the key messages and unique selling points of each product and service.
• Design Execution: Create visually appealing designs for both the brochure and flyers that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate the desired messages.
• Content Integration: Incorporate provided text, images, and any other necessary content into the brochure and flyer designs.
• Revisions: Make necessary revisions based on feedback from our team to ensure the final designs meet our expectations and requirements.

Deliverables
1. Initial Concepts: Present initial design concepts for approval before proceeding with full-scale production.
2. Draft Flyers: Provide drafts of all flyers for review and feedback.
3. Draft Brochure: Provide a draft of the brochure for review and feedback.
4. Final Flyers: Deliver final versions of each flyer in both PDF and editable source file formats.
5. Final Brochure: Deliver the final version of the brochure in both PDF and editable source file formats.

Timeline
• Project Kickoff: TBC
• Initial Concepts Submission: Within 1 week of project kickoff
• Draft Flyers Submission: Within 3 weeks of project kickoff
• Draft Brochure Submission: Within 3 weeks of project kickoff
• Final Flyers Submission: Within 5 weeks of project kickoff
• Final Brochure Submission: Within 5 weeks of project kickoff

Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
