Brand guideline

I would like to ask for the freelancer to do brand guideline

The project needs to handle it by :
1- The PDF file displays the brand guideline
2- File of the pattern (in Illustrator)
3- File of the fonts (2 in Arabic and 2 in English)

The PDF should include
1- the logo (ready)
2- safe zone for logo use
3- logo with the different background
4- color palette (ready)
5- Pattern ( need to design it )
6- Typogarphy (2 in Arabic and 2 in English)
7- the design of the business card and letterhead

when you reply to the proposal don't ignore
1- 2 sample of brand guidelines you did it
2- time to finish the project
3- the cost
