Billboard Sign Design

We are looking to develop a graphic to use on a small billboard/sign to place near the road in front of our store to attract new customers.

Are store has alot of different stuff to offer and I would like to try advertise it all in the most clean way possible.
We are an escape room location where players can book to come experience our adventures.
We also operate as a local game store. Carrying board games, dungeons and dragons, magic the gathering, pokemon and yu-gi-oh
Would like to have their logo and ours incorporated into the overall design/image.
