Basic scale plan from drawing rough draft enclosed

I want a scale drawing from my sketch to make adjustments and corrections for a finished floor plan that can be bid on by contractors.
If I can get a basic drawing I can make some final adjustments as to room, SP, and covered patio dimensions. Just need to start with the basic to get an idea for changes.
Room over garage will be twoo nice bedrooms with shared bath and plenty oif storage up as well. Stairwell configuration and area entering house from garage where stairs, dining room , laundry, etc all intersect. Must flow well to work.
