Columbus, OH, USThank you Darren for doing a wonderful job! This was a very unusual job for architectural drawings. Not the normal way of doing them for an artist like Darren. He stepped up to the plate and did a great job. He was very patient when the criteria changed and dealt well with the very tight deadline. He also came back and fixed any issues we had so that I could have what I needed for my job. I'm sure it was difficult for him because I had never done anything like this before so I didn't always understand what to say or ask for. But he was very patient with me. In the end the drawings were even more than I had originally hoped for. A good person to work with, I would work with him again.

Thanks a lot Penney. It was a pleasure working with you. I earned much ethics and values in working with you.

Los Angeles, CA, USI was left hanging by Mr Asad. He did a job for me , and when i requested him to stamp and sign the documentation he went on an outside search to have someone else sign to the documentation that he did. this means the outside guy has to do all the engineering numbers and charge me a whopping $700 extra. Mr Asad said that he will have one of the guys at his company sign them. i do not think Mr Asad is licensed to do structural engeneering and took it on him self to take this job and ditch me after few times of me telling him that my roof job is on hold because of him he seems not to care what happens with me as long as he gotten his money. i already filed a dispute with PPH and this won't be the end of it.

Hi Marcello,
As you know our project on PPH is over and as our chatting shows, the job was delivered to you with satisfaction. A week or more after the end point date, you asked me to have a wet stamp on the plans created. Even though I didn't have any obligation for that, I admitted to help you in a goodwill and friendly manner only.
I arranged the stamping for you and you didn't admit the cost ($700.00) and asked me again to look up for a lower cost.
Again I admitted to make that efforts for you, which has taken and is taking a lot of my time, free of charge.
Therefore, I would like to remind you the fact that your job has been done in accord with PPH requirements and rules. What I have done further, is out of my legal obligations and commitments. However, I can still continue helping you in a goodwill mood as before or leave you to decide your own way to reach your target.
Best of Lucks,
Darren
