Banner Designer/Assets Designer

Design details: I have a new eCommerce site and I am looking for someone to create beautiful banners that stand-out for me. These will feature on the Homepage Lightbox and must therefore be attractive. They will mainly consist of Sale Items.

I would also like this person to be responsible for creating various assets for the site.
