Architect design - amend existing plans and add some features

i have had plans drawn up by my architect and have them in pdf format but need some of the room sizes changed.

i also need to have some items added like lights/ radiators that we have drawn on manually added so it looks a little neater.
i will have the new measurements first thing tomorrow and will be able to upload files but will need a quick turn around for them - shouldn't take somebody long to make the changes
