Annual report front cover

HI there,

I'm looking for someone to do the following:

Take an eps file downloaded from shutterstock and adapt the layout to a landscape format.

Replace the images (there are meshes/clipping masks).

Remove existing titles/test and add my title and some logos to it (provided)

Hand back to me as an eps/ai file

There may be some further changes after this which can be negotiated.
