Add design to a 6-7 page text document

I have an informative document which is attached. I would like to add. a title page which shows the Wimx learning log and is titled WDX Management System and then make it look professional. This will take 1 hour maximum for a competent designer. I can change colours / font sizes in word myself so please don't just do that - add some design so it looks like a professional report. I have also attached our logo. Please use some green in this.
