A6 Flyer Design - Letting Agency Wants To Attract Landlords

I am looking to have a double sided A6 flyer designed for my lettings business (go to www.hjresidential.co.uk). I would like something that stands out from the crowd whilst still keeping with our existing branding.

Flyer will be posted through the doors of residential houses within our catchment area and the aim is to attract business from landlords (i.e instructions to let their property).

I already have logo artwork to be used. Would be helpful if you could let me know whether your bid includes the provision of images that may be used.
