A very simple 16-page pdf brochure

Design details: I'm looking for somebody to design a very simple 16-page pdf brochure as follows:

Cover (front + back) - 2 photos front cover one photo back cover.
12 pages - one photo and one short text per page.
1 page - just a photo
1 page just text with some hyperlinks.

I have all the photos and texts selected for each page.

I would like 2 pdf files: a good quality one that's not too big so it can be e-mailed, a high-resolution, print-quality file.

There is no hurry for this.
